Hotel Cleopatra Palace

The hotel has a very particular and beautiful structure, my room was overlooking the sea and the beach was just a few steps away from the entrance, which made it perfect for the location

Staff was incapable of meeting any expectations, the hotel isn't value for money due to untrained staff. First of all, reception was never greeting us when entering and leaving the hotel, apart from when we did the check in. We had issues with the air con not working one night and it was horrible. We phoned up reception, someone from maintenance came and said to give it 10 minutes, 15 minutes later we called again as it wasn't working yet. They were saying that maintenance was working on it and to wait 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, an hour went by and the air con was still not working. At that point it was very late at night and we had to wake up early the next morning. We felt like staff was just telling us to wait in the hope that we ignore the fact it was warm in the room. One receptionist came into the room in the end and gave us attitude as when she left, she let out a big sight and let the door slam back, causing lots of noise. We also had our belongings stolen from the hallway where the piano is, while we went to eat ice cream at the swimming pool, which was a matter of 15 minutes. All the staff did was calling some departments to see if the items were taken by anyone working there and just a mere "I'm so sorry". No contacts were taken from us in case our items were found, nothing just an apology that meant nothing. We had valuable items and other stuff that was very sentimental and it was all gone. This hotel is not safe and we will never be back. What happened is unacceptable and if any of my friends decide to go to Tenerife for a holiday, I will make sure they know all of this. It was such a horrible experience.

Everything about the hotel is brilliant, location, cleanliness, staff are amazing,, very friendly. We have been staying here for the last 13 years and the reception is always great when we arrive. We had a lady from Cuba doing the housekeeping and she was brilliant. So lovely and pleasant. Breakfast is so varied, 10 out of 10 all around

Nagyon szinvonalas a szallas kpzvetlenul a parton , gyonyoru helyen es kornyezetben. A reggeli kituno. A szemelyzet recepcio, takaritok, stb. mind nagyon keszseges, segito keszek.Vissza fogunk terni. Feri.

A korosztalyokra kellene jobban figyelni, hogy idos es fiatal pl.20-on evesek ne keruljenek egymas melletti szobaba. Mert az idos pihenni jon a fiatal meg szorakozni.Mi igy jartunk, 2 ejszaka nem lehetett aludni.Ez a helyzet zavaro volt szamunkra
