It’s okay but pricey

Miscommunication on price when enquired previous day of signing in. Asked if I decided to stay another day what the price was. Was told and then asked to tell receptionist in the morning if I wanted to stay. To my surprise after I told them in the morning, I got an invoice for a different and higher price and was later told that the price changed during the day.. ridiculous concept! Money grabbing nonsense! If I was told that when I initially enquired, I would have booked it then.
