Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, Ausstattung auch in Ordnung. Sehr ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern, trotz lauter Straße.

In dem Zimmer war ein wirklich übler, muffiger Geruch, so dass uns fast schlecht wurde. Nur bei offenem Fenster war es erträglich. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt leider etwas unangenehm.

Wir waren im Zimmer 404 und mussten gegen 01:30 Uhr nachts aus dem Hotel auschecken, da der Lärm unerträglich war. Es wurde laut geschrien, gehämmert und es herrschte die ganze Zeit massive Unruhe. Die Situation war so belastend, dass man sich sogar unsicher und unwohl gefühlt hat. Uns blieb letztendlich keine andere Möglichkeit, als das Hotel mitten in der Nacht zu verlassen.

Det fanns ingen parkering eller garage på boendet som det stod att det skulle göra. Killen i receptionen sa han skulle godkänna min avbokning då jag fick åka vidare. Men har inte fått tillbaka kostnaden för rummet.
