Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Alle Fragen wurden freundlich beantwortet. Kaffee kann man in der Lobby kaufen.

Der im Zimmer befindliche Feuermelder blitzt Tag und Nacht.

Bedroom was small but clean, toilet was small but shower was roomy. Perfectly adequate.

Check in was very slow with just one person in reception. No one came to change towels , we realised on the last day you had to use a qr code.

Ich habe aus beruflichen Gründen in letzter Zeit häufig in diesem Hotel übernachtet, werde das aber ganz sicher nie wieder tun. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Danach gibt es niemanden mehr, bei dem man Ruhestörungen melden könnte; auch fehlen jegliche Hinweise dazu, wie man in einer solchen Situation vorgehen soll. Im Zimmer nebenan befand sich ein betrunkener Mann, der von etwa 23:30 Uhr bis 2:00 Uhr nachts schrie und Türen zuschlug. Danach war es kurz ruhig, bevor es ab 4:00 Uhr morgens erneut zu solchen Exzessen kam. Insgesamt habe ich nur zwei Stunden geschlafen. Sämtliche Bitten blieben wirkungslos; zudem verhielt sich der Mann aggressiv. Hinzu kommt, dass ab ca. 8:30 Uhr morgens das Reinigungspersonal von Tür zu Tür klopft und fragt, ob jemand im Zimmer ist, obwohl der Check-out erst bis 12:00 Uhr vorgesehen ist. Es gibt also keinerlei Privatsphäre und keine Möglichkeit, sich auszuruhen, obwohl man genau dafür bezahlt hat.
