1st night there , staff came banging on my room (205) at 1am demanding that me & my husband pack up & move to another room so someone else can be placed in that room … we never changed rooms after I gave the guy a piece of my mind … then the next day when we were getting dressed , staffed almost walked in on us & I repeatedly kept asking “ Who is it “ while the guy continued to try to turn the knob then when my husband opened the door the staff stated “ I thought no one was in this room “ … idk what they had going on in the system

Greta location: very close to the beautiful sandy beach (100 metres), Ocean Drive, shops and restaurants, etc. Nice view from the room (ocean). Very nice and helpful staff. Big parking.

Localização e infraestrutura.

Limpeza do quarto ser só de tarde, não ter café na recepção e valor do estacionamento para hóspedes consideramos elevado.

The bed was very comfortable, shower had good water pressure, there is a big walking-closet in the room, big t.v. with many options such as netflix.....everything was clean and you have plenty of towels and some showerproducts in bathroom.The pool itself was quite big and nice, they provide free pool towels at the frontdesk.There is WIFI..There is a convenient and secure parking at the hotel for 25 dollars/night. The Collins free bus-trolley stops 2 minutes from the hotel, it takes in less than 20 minutes to south beach .The beach is just across the street, 5 minutes by foot. There are shops and a few restaurants next door. They sell beverages and snacks in the lobby.Everything worked and it was very functional. It was quite cheap and a good place to stay for one night

Well it is cheap so do not expect much luxury nor a "beautiful" place; rooms are very basic, no nice decorations and the bare minimum, furniture in the rooms is quite worn out and busted and rusted due to the humidity, windows won't open, airco blasts cold air so everything stays humid and there was a disturbing smell in the room, probably it was cleaned with a sour-smelling rag although it is very clean. The pool is just next to the parking lot looking at the back of the building. The staff , except for one young guy, wasn't very welcoming nor nice, very basic and the lady just wanted to make sure you paid the overnight parking, she was also quite difficult to understand. The shower works but is quite "spartan"; just a wall-shower with a curtain.Poor shower products.Hallways in the mainbuilding are quite awfull, sovjet-style ;) You have to walk up a short stairway before being able to take the elevator which is quite a hassle with your luggage.Maybe the second building outside is nicer to stay in.We had a sad view on the back of some worn-out buildings.Parking is 25 dollars/night.The hotel is situated right on a very busy street and the neighbourhood is not so lively nor beautuful as South beach, you are surrounded by big hotels and buildings. But again; it is a cheap and convenient place to stay for one night and you can easily reach the airport by car in 20 minutes.
