Really liked the decor of the property and room. Comfortable bed. Good location, especially if you are doing anything at Moscone Center.

Valet parking is rough and slow. Only one elevator operational. Shower head AWFUL. No options for early morning coffee. Some desk staff seem unconcerned with customer service (cleaning staff excellent)

Easy check-in and a breakfast credit were very nice. Their coffee and gourmet breakfast items were delicious. We walked to the Orpheum theater to see Phantom of the Opera. SF has really cleaned up and is mindful of making people feel safer on the street. There were police cars every other block to light the way on the sidewalk. The hotel is perfectly located for all that we wanted to do.

Beds and pillows were just ok. The mattress would squeak when you moved. Room 507
