The Staff, building, greenery, swimming pool, general ambiance

Is there an adult pool and children's pool separate? Each day there was a child in each pool jumping into water, splashing it, playing with a ball etc. I wish someone could ask the parents to move away from adults pool.

However, the A/Cs were not functioning right at night and the room temperature was 30 C
