Ótima localização. Quarto amplo, cozinha bem equipada. Banheiro bom. Bem iluminado e arejado Com várias janelas. Varanda.

Academia pessima, super pequena. Aparelhos velhos. Cama fazia um pouco de barulho ao se mexer no colchão. Café da manhã em certos momentos não tinha ovo mexido.

A acomodação é bastante satisfatória. O espaço do quarto é grande.

O valor da diária já é expressivo. Cobrar preços abusivos nos itens mais básicos, como água, dentro do quarto é, no mínimo, desnecessário. O hóspede se sente abusado em razão dos valores.
