Room was clean.

I did keyless check-in and was never sent the key. I had to go in a wait to actually check in and get the room keys. It took about 39 minutes since there was a person in front of me that took a long time.

Overall nice experience with the hotel.

Clean and safe, quiet, great bedding

For my wife's 50th HS reunion, we stayed at one of the 'official' hotels. We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was quite large and was well arranged. Compared to a lot of comparable hotels, lighting was very good, and there was plenty of storage space. We even had little basket cubicles in the closet area. The end tables were larger than average, so I had plenty of space for both my pocket stuff and my C-PAP machine. We had a pretty comfortable office chair and an easy (non-reclining) chair, great for watching the large TV, along with a large desk and a small table by the easy chair. We slept pretty well on the large bed. Bathroom supplies were also quite reasonable, and the shower even gave a decent spray. There were only two minor issues. The toilet did run, but as we didn't hear it from the bedroom, I waited till check-out to report the problem. The other issue is that breakfast was NOT included. The room was moderately priced, which usually includes a morning meal. I don't know if I'll be back in the area, but I'd have no problem staying here again if I did.

I was checked in already. Called front desk and ask if someone can show me how to work air conditioning. Mantinace man came and showed me.. Hour later as I was dressing I door opened. can the staff be so careless? From that point on, I was very nervous about somebody walking in on me. this is very much unacceptable. Just think when was the last time you was in a hotel and you just checked in and somebody just opened your door and walked in. You guys really need to do better.
