Everything was good

The person working the front desk was very rude did not want to understand that I was clueless about the $50 deposit and then when I asked for the key to the room and where exactly was it located the person behind the front counter just pointing at a map on the wall like I was supposed to know what it meant room on top of that the room smelled like smoke and I booked a non smoking room toiletries were missing from the room and when I walked back to the office for my receipt for the $50 deposit and to request another room I was told no other one was available

Unclean, most things don’t work or are missing. Spiders everywhere!!!!!!! Recently just got bit by a spider and could not walk for 3 weeks so I was very uncomfortable . Took me about 30-45 minutes to check in. The lady left me in the office to go turn on the facility lights after having stood there waiting to check in for 25 minutes. Then I kept having to repeat myself, and I was not aware of an additional $50 deposit. They wound not allow me to check in until I paid deposit despite having already paid for the room online in full. Knowing that I would not be able to get a refund. I do not have a car so I had to put our stuff on the sidewalk until I could get the $50 deposit. Very embarrassing. Then finally get inside the room after an hour and 2 small kids and there are spiders everywhere, half the stuff broken or missing. Outlets don’t work. Taped up remote. No soap or shampoo or body wash. No hair dryer. Had to ask for towels, tissue and a receipt !

There was an issue with my debit card when checking in. The desk clerk quickly resolved it. It was a pleasant stay. My family and I felt safe. It's also a great location.

Weekend stay. Quiet & comfy bed. Safety lock didn't lock. Live roach in bathroom.

Very nice and accommodating staff, clean place, felt safe and comfortable.
