The staff at as not very friendly or accommodating. Maybe this was not their fault but the few times I’d go to the desk they would have sign up that they were away at the moment. Our room phone did not work so I had to spend time running between the room and the desk to get questions answered.They were also always on their cell phone. I asked about a late check out and they kept telling me to ask the next person on shift. I had to wait until the morning of and the 3rd person, who also said I had to check with the next staff, hesitantly said they could give me 1 hour late which was not helpful. They said to check back but I just readjusted my plan at this point. The cleanliness was not up to par. We stay in hotels often for my daughter’s swim meets and this was BY FAR the worst. Worst customer service, least accommodating, worst facilities, dirtiest, worst breakfast. I will definitely not rebook here and will look at reserving on of the other near by hotels next time!!

Room needed some sprucing up- paint chipped in many places, rug needs cleaning or replacing

Not a real Comfort Inn. It’s a repurposed hotel from the 80s complete with a telephone jack at the toilet. It’s wasnt bad. It just wasn’t new and the rooms were small.

The breakfast was ok nothing like the two other comfort Inns we stayed at on our trip. But it was fine.

The room was too small for a king bed. It was very noisy. The freeway was very close and had a lot of trucks that you could here all night.

Customer service

When requesting a door near the side entrance to make it easier to get our dog in and out, the woman at the front desk upgraded us to a suite for just a little more. It was very convenient and we were so thankful.

Room and bathroom could be updated. The shower floor squeaked when using it, however the room was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good.
