On the plus side, great customer service. On the not so great side, a roach in the bathroom.
The room was dirty...not housekeeper missed a spot dirty...but for past 6 months dirty. Heavy long term dust buildup on fixtures and surfaces, stains on carpet and comforter, tattered capet in and outside room, overspray of paint from cheap fix up job. Didnt tape or cover fixtures when repainted, ad caulk job...just all bad. Room had musty odor and tv did not work so no distraction from the filth. Nothing they could do about tv until morning after checkout. This is a workers hotel. No pride of ownership. Room 102.

Great place to stay
It was definitely not a quality room. The room had a weird smell some of the sheets had stains and the shower was missing the grab bar and showed signs of rust which means it had been like that for a while.
