Comfort Suites Northlake

My family of 5 and I stayed at the North Carolina Comfort Suites for one night to break up our long road trip drive. Pictures online showed a clean and updated hotel with a fantastic price that included breakfast. Too good to be true? Yes. As soon as I walked in to check in, I knew I had made a mistake booking here. Both front desk chairs were all ripped up and held together with duct tape. Lobby furniture looked dingy and worn out. The ceiling fans were CAKED in dust and molding and trim on walls were missing pieces and unfinished. We checked in at 10 p.m and everyone was too tired to find something else so we stayed. Our hallway up to the third floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Our room had weird mystery stains on the bedding and bed-frame and also pee stains under the toilet seats. The walls had spackle all over and chunks of the walls missing. This hotel is TIRED and WORN.

The rooms were super nice and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in past years. Although our room was clean, the rest of the hotel was under construction. No pool, no lobby area to gather and have breakfast. No notice about this happening. We were offered a 30% discount, but I couldn’t understand the woman who I had to call about it. I will not stay here again.

They had really good breakfast. my kids enjoyed waffles. Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable bedding. It was better stay then we stayed at Hilton.

Everything was good

Room was very clean and comfortable. We used gym and that was really add on. Overall Hotel was clean and looked recently remodeled. we enjoyed our stay.
