staff was extremely disrespectful. found dog food spread through the room and bugs in the bed. the manager said he’d clean it and i had waited for 30 minutes in the lobby with small children. it was a horrible experience. they would not provide me with corporates number or their names either.

The front desk lady was great

The check in process took almost a hr due to booking online the online card kept declining even though I prepaid online and the payment was taken from my card.
