The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service extended to us during our recent stay from 10th to 12th April at this esteemed property Westin Powai. I would especially like to commend Ms. Priyanka, Manager of Mayochi Restaurant, along with her associates Ms. Laxmi and Mr. Chetan, for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. During our stay, Mayochi Restaurant was being used as a temporary executive lounge, and despite the arrangements, the service quality remained impeccable. Additionally, while utilizing the executive lounge at the lobby level for some of my official work, Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Laxmi ensured that we were well taken care of. Their attentive service, including promptly serving coffee and juice, made our experience extremely comfortable and pleasant. I would like to make a special mention of the delightful “Hot Toddy” mocktail suggested by Ms. Laxmi. As someone who does not prefer alcoholic beverages, this refreshing drink was truly memorable and added a unique touch to our experience. Their warmth, dedication, and genuine care made our stay truly special. It is because of such hardworking and sincere associates in the hospitality industry that guests feel a lasting connection with the property—one that feels more like a family bond than a mere customer relationship. I enjoyed the pool with my son. The breakfast at Lave view cafe was also good. I have came to this hotel after a long break of approx 4 years as there was some civil work was started on my last visit. But now it is comfortably working well. Hope to start my occasional visits again as it was in time when it was Renaissance by Marriott. my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Priyanka, Ms. Laxmi, and Mr. Chetan for their exemplary service. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family. The overall experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Gargi helped us a lot with the overall stay Their hospitality made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food—it was delicious and had a good variety suitable for everyone in the family. The amenities and facilities provided were excellent and well-organized.
