Average Hotel- clean, convenient to get to other areas

Shower wall had long hairs stuck to it and tub wouldn’t drain. Toilet was loose. Staff at the desk were friendly but cleaning never came in 3 day stay even though we requested it.

It was very noisy, can hear everything from other rooms. I will not stay there again. Staffs were very nice though.

The front desk staff are super nice. The rooms are well appointed.

The front desk had really friendly staff, but they scanned our card incorrectly (something about they were in the middle of changing the door locks) and the walls are paper thin so we could hear any movement in the halls or other rooms all throughout the night.

Wonderful and clean

Customer service was A ! However, the bathroom was in dire need of cleaning and updating. Countertop was dirty, something white sprayed and dripped down the wall, and the bathtub was really stained and I found 2 long black hairs in the tub. The inside of the bathroom door had the finish all worn off. Alot of noise in the hall and rooms above and next door with dog barking. As stated earlier all staff was great, and check in/check out was convenient and quick.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the front desk staff was very nice. And the room door hinges weren't so strong in their closing action.
