The be wasn’t comfortable and the perimeter rear entrances are a safety concern at night. Security Doors don’t latch closed

The corridors and stairs were dirty. There were some guests making a good amount of noise outside our room late at night. Would have liked to have 4 pillows instead of 3. They don't provide shampoo.

The TV would not work without the office person coming to get it on. This is the third time they we have stayed there and every time there was always a problem. No more!
