Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albermarle by IHG

I recently stayed for 8 nights. This hotel was wonderful! I give it 100% Thumbs UP The staff are exceptional. I was always greeted with a friendly smile. Any special requests I made were met without effort. My room was spotless and the bed and amenities were of great quality and comfort. I also used the fitness center and pool, both were wonderful. I also have to mention the complimentary breakfast. It was a refreshing surprise the variety and quality of food. I loved my stay.

Updated recently, rooms are fresh and clean. Good breakfast until 9:30, doors close at 9:30 SHARP so don't sleep in if you want breakfast. They have bacon, egg and cheese omelets, oatmeal, and wonderful warm cinnamon rolls. Workers are friendly. Our favorite place to stay in Albemarle, NC.

Staff was friendly. Pool area was nice. Room had a little funky smell, but was clean. Convenient location.

We have stayed there a few times before and enjoyed it so we chose it again. Staff is very polite, courteous and professional. The breakfast is awesome and we will stay there again in the future.

People smoking marijuana in the rooms. Bathroom floor and sink not very clean Body wash and shampoo dispensers are empty and I stayed two nights.

Room was smelly. There was no soap in the bathroom.

Check-in was easy. Breakfast was good and dining areas were kept clear and clean. Housekeeping was professional and friendly and accommodating. We just felt well taken care of, especially by Paris. Location is great as it was close by store and places to eat. It is a basic room with a bathroom, which is what we needed as we were out an about a lot.
