Holiday Inn Allentown-Bethlehem by IHG

The surprisingly peaceful location was perfect for my needs – close to the bus stop from NYC* and the Lehigh Valley Hospital. The staff was friendly and accommodating even in the middle of the night. The room was spacious, spotless, well-appointed, and sunny and the bed was comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it looked delicious. The pool and exercise facilities also looked inviting.

The water pressure in the shower was not very strong. *A bit of useful information for anyone else who looks at the map and thinks, 'oh great, I can just walk across the street from the Wescosville bus stop to the hotel': it's an easy walk, and there are (hard-to-see) traffic crossing lights for pedestrians everywhere you need them, but the route is very circuitous and sidewalk coverage is limited, inconsistent, or non-existent, notably on both sides of Hamilton Boulevard (six lanes of traffic). Think twice before you attempt this; much safer to call an Uber.

I asked for clean towels to be taken to my room....126..... N housekeeping, bed changed . Ect As i walked out in the morning. The young girl started to hand me towels. She could see. I walk with a can with great difficulty.. i asked her again to please take them to my room. N do housekeeping. I came back after a long day. Nothing was done. The phone was dusty. N hard to read to call the front desk. I was given clean towels . Immediately. And offered a bed change. I was staying one more night. , i didnt have the bed changed. The corners of the room n bathroom need to br cleaned better.

Wow, so many outlets. There were plenty of outlets to charge your electronics. The bathroom had tissues and hand soap and hand lotion. The shower also had dove products for your hair. Was a nice change from the little complementary soaps.

The breakfast was a fee and seemed a bit high for a breakfast.
