Location

Room had ceiling repairs that were unacceptable. The toilet wasn’t not level & you felt like you were sliding off the side. The seat also not centered. Hair in shower. Breakfast was quite poor . We came to breakfast @ 8am all hot food was either empty or almost empty. The biscuit was super hard. You could tap it on the plate & it made the plate ring. The waffle mix was watered down, which made it poor quality.
