"Decent hotel, needs some maintenance"

The hotel is a little on the older side. It’s not bad, but you can see that it has been rundown a bit. Several items I noticed that needs some proper repair and maintenance. The elevator flooring has been coming loose and been stuck down with screws. In my room the grout in the floor tiles are almost completely gone and some tiles are loose from it. Pool was also closed for some reason. During breakfast, the kitchen door stood open and can tell the kitchen definitely needs some work and cleaning. Breakfast was sad, the eggs had lots of water and no flavor. It was limited to eggs, and sausage. Not the regular breakfast that I’m used to at a hotel.
