Zona tranquila y muy agradable, limpieza perfecta y de los pocos hoteles que he dormido con una cama y almohada tan cómoda. Tienes el metro a pocos metros y zonas de bares y comidas cerca. Aún así, no se escucha ni un ruido de noche. Todo perfecto

Buena situación, personal de recepción agradable. Desayuno completo y amplio de horario.

Marcan el hotel como que tiene parquing y al llegar te indican que no quedan plazas, tienes que ir a un parquing de pago de la zona. La limpieza pasa bastante tarde por algunas habitaciones. En nuestro caso, al mediodía todavía no estaban hechas y uno de los días no hicieron la habitación.

Die Aussicht auf die Berge war sensationell im 9. Stock. Wir hatten einen Platz in der Tiefgarage (28€/Nacht), wo wir mit der Movility-App auch für 0.39€ AC laden konnten. Abenteuerliche Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage, aber unten ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist gut, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Posizione comoda e vicino alla stazione metro San Mames, ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti principali della città. La zona è piena di locali e ristoranti dove poter mangiare. Camera ampia e pulita, con letti molto confortevoli.

Insonorizzazione TERRIBILE, c'è una discoteca la porta accanto e nei weekend dalla sera fino alle 6 di mattina si sente un continuo suono di musica nella stanza [eravamo al 3° piano]. Penso che per un hotel del genere non sia accettabile una situazione del genere... e lo staff dovrebbe comunicare agli ospiti questo problema al momento del check in proponendo eventualmente stanze diverse.
