Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist zentral und das Hotel an sich schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich.

Keine Klimaanlage und keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Castello bello e centrale

Ho pagato 250€ per una camera doppia Delux e non aveva Ventilationen, nessuna aria condizionata e nessun frigobar. C’erano 34 gradi a Bamberg al nostro arrivo!! La risposta: non serve l’aria di notte e il frigorifero scalda!! Imbarazzante. I cuscini erano inesistenti e avevo chiesto i neck pillow. La reception scontrosa. Trascorro da dieci anni in media 4 notti alla settimana in hotel a Parigi, madrid ed in altre città. Questa è stata la peggiore esperienza da anni. Un peccato perché il castello ha molto potenziale!
