Everything, the room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the location was great and easily accessible from the highway. Great hotel!

It was very welcoming

The jacuzzi was had shipped paint and did not look clean although I did get in it and enjoyed the bubbles very much!

The staff is always amazing. This is a value stay. Continental breakfast was provided, but better than that was the complimentary coffee/tea 24 hours available. I was pleasantly surprised by the “swag” bag.

The facility is a tad dated looking, the room was clean but the furnishings were a bit worn. But I knew I wasn’t booking a luxury stay but an economical one. Just what I needed

The style of the hotel was very charming. This place has great potential. We had the large room with the spacious king sized bedroom that had a pull-out love seat (these were suspicious stains so we didnt touch or use it) and seperate living room with pull out love seat and 2 chairs. TVs in both living room and bedroom. Once they got the hot tub fixed for the second night the hottub jets were strong and just what we needed. The furniture design was very tasteful, modern and practical. Very small breakfast offering (waffle maker, cereal, hard boiled eggs and some small pastries) but it did the trick for a light breakfast before heading out. The proximity to Schellville and the outlets was GREAT!

the carpets in the main areas were filthy. No elevator disabled and had to carry bags up steps. Hot tub broken first night but not marked as such. got in and jets didnt turn on - husband asked the front desk and they told us the chemicals were off and pumps had to be reset (would have been nice to know before getting in) Pool and hot tub in serious need of resurfacing. Had booked 2 rooms with sitting rooms and fire places. One of the rooms ended up being a standard without any couch because they said it didn't come through correctly through booking.com and the manager didn't seem to care and acted like it wasn't her problem. The toilet paper dispenser in room came right out of the wall and the shower made the worst screaching sounds. Could not control the heat in the room and had to turn on AC unit because we were roasting. Upholstered furniture was badly stained. And there were 2 pictures in the living room but nothing on the walls in the bedroom so it looked unfinished. Fire place was an electric fireplace that was scratched and in need of its 900th coat of paint. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Had to go up and down the steps (no elevator) for ice and coffee. Towels at the pool were not restocked. Looks like they are planning to decorate for the holidays by the number of boxes just piled in the sitting area the whole time that crowded the lounge and looked very unattractive (they remained untouched during our entire stay even though the staff was just hanging with there friends in the lobby.
