Had roaches Advertised breakfast but didn’t serve breakfast No one came to clean my room and give new towels

The hot shower and shower head.

The bed. It was an old spring poke you bed and was very uncomfortable and hard.

The Main Manager and the office staff are wonderful. Most of the cleaning personnel are great with the exception of a young man who stares into guests rooms. The long-term residents are loud , nosy and very pushy unless you smoke weed and then they will be friendly. I don't so they and the residents of the nearby townhouses and threatening to non- drug users. They have asked me if I knew where they could purchase drugs and become suspicious and aggressive when I told them to leave me alone because I don't break the law. Not recommended for women traveling alone

The Mississippi State Legislature should pass a law stating that anyone staying longer than 90 days within a year must apply for a rental lease and participate in a background check. I feel that this might solve the problem.

The atmosphere of horror that can jolt you awake when your door opens on its own at 1:30 in the morning. Since it smelt of wet cigarettes and I was forced to take a cold shower, luckily, I couldn’t relax so when my door was opened to the outside I could be on alert to help myself.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My door opened on its own in the middle of the night. That’s right they fail to give the most basic thing, a secure and safe room. There is no staff working at night, I was called to check in myself if I arrived after 7:45pm. When I was terrified that my motel door opened to the outside at 1:30am I called multiple ways from my room, and then stayed on the phone with my husband because I was terrified. I was suppose to call a number they had posted at the office? A joke. I needed to leave an unsafe and negligent situation on their part. The door appeared to have had forced entry before so I made sure to latch both the bolt and the extra latch, but it still opened on its own. Luckily I’m a light sleeper and noticed to close it. Someone could’ve taken advantage of a vulnerable situation, if it was not someone trying to open the door. I’m shocked that this happened and that the staff seemed to not care and put blame on me. Saying they needed to check security footage, I don’t see what difference that makes. They never shared this information with me. They failed to provide a safe room with a working door. Since no one is present I called the next day, no help. Then the next day and finally I can talk to a supervisor, no help or understanding. TLDR unsafe unhelpful terrifying and a plus!!! No hot water and smelt of wet cigarettes with a blood splatter on the back of the bathroom door

Nice staff, Trees in parking area and motel not right on the busy road. Woody's restaurant close. Recommend it.

That the staff and facility is very nice and clean.

I didn't like that some amenities that they advertise aren't avaliable or dont work. The fact that I had to be right by the coke machine. People think thata there hangout spot late at night. Also, there are some couples I have had to complain about because of the excessive fighting.

Bed very uncomfortable- towels extremely small and thin - flooring had gaps - room walls had smudges room overall dirty and dingy especially in corners

Non smoking room - signs posted that no one could smoke within 25 feet of hotel. Smoking all over even in walkways directly outside of rooms. Daily marijuanna smoking on premises by many people. Homeless all over the property smoking, drinking and carrying axes.

Very clean. Great quality for the price and location.

Better quality pillows.

Elisabeth at the Front Desk was incredibly kind, efficient and polite. She made what could have been a difficult situation easy instead. The property has plenty of birds and could be peaceful had it not been for the incredibly nosy and rude long-term male guests and cleaning staff

The long-term male guests are very rude and loud and most seem to indulge in Marijuana
