Nice and pleasant hotel. Very good restaurant.

Needed a hotel at short notice due to change in plans. Chose at 'random' from expedia because it had a pool. Very comfortable, clean and nicely designed hotel. A bit odd accessing rooms from an external walk way, but certainly not a problem. Warm, comfortable, clean, spacious, lots of nice 'art', decent sized pool for city centre, underground parking (at an extra charge) and a good breakfast (also at an extra charge).

Stayed here five nights while visiting our son who was studying in Graz for w few months and had a very nice stay.Staff were very helpful and the breakfasts had many healthy choices. Sauna and swim was a great way to end our days. Would highly recommend this hotel.

nice hotel, close to the center, just 5-7 minutes walking distance. Staff very kind.

The first night the front desk staff greeting was very congenial, though this was not consistent per person. The set up of the underground parking is convenient as it is connected to the elevator which takes you to your room’s floor. Rolling your bags along the outside of the balcony to your door feels like an American roadside motel. Once inside the steel door you nicely have the ability to close off the noise to the outside with another interior door. The room is a nice comfortable size, with a comfortable clean white, fresh feel. But the furniture while once deemed modern is about 10 years past exceptional. The hanging art inside the room is interesting, as are the works throughout the garage and hotel. The bathroom is uselessly enormous, would have been better to have a larger room. But the cute gift duck sponge and colorful toiletries add a sense of a 4 star-ness to the place as do the free fun magazines, hand-written welcome note, bedside apples and 24hr luxurious pool. Though, there is no coffee or tea in the room. There is a beautiful amount of storage for business stays and wifi is free. Our room offered a massive shared terrace with interesting art sculptures, which over looked nothing much, but offered a nice feel. Because the terrace is shared an open window means you do what your neighbors do and in this case it was smoke all night. Location, regardless of the exact measurements, this is not a convenient walking location to the inner town or old town.

Stayed here for the Start Of Advent festivities and the Krampus Parade. Hotel in good location , only 5 minute walk from town centre. On arrival we were greeted by fantastic reception staff who showed us to our room which they had upgraded us to an apartment. The apartment was very big amd minimilistic. Few scrapes and scuffs on the walls but nothing majorly wrong. Well stocked minibar in a working fridge. WiFI signal excellent. Breakfast not the cheapest but quality is excellent and if you have a good breakfast it is well worth it. Pool and gym looked tidy and clean but we didn't use it. Overall very good. We would stay here again if visiting Graz.

Great location. easily walk to town and the river. Breakfast was very good. Nice pool. Loved balcony.
