I was so excited about my stay because when I opened the door to my room, it welt so homely. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. I definitely will make this establishment the only place I’ll visit when I’m out in Utica!!

"DO NOT STAY HERE"

So sorry to have to report that this property is a total disappointment.We were very excited to have a 2 bedroom suite that looked beautiful on the property's website. Upon checking in we saw it is nothing like the pictures and is very run down and poorly managed. I have written to the manager with no response. Save yourself the heartache and pick ANY other hotel in that area. There are several! You have to actually ask for toilet paper at the front desk. This is just a small indication of what this place is like.
