I booked what was advertised as an RMT massage and paid expecting to receive a proper RMT receipt for insurance purposes. Unfortunately, despite emailing the clinic 3 separate times, I still have not received the receipt or any response. At this point, I’m questioning the professionalism and transparency of the business. If you’re booking here specifically for insured RMT services, I would strongly recommend confirming in advance: the full name of the treating RMT, their registration number, and when/how receipts will be provided. Very disappointing experience overall.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood on the Metro line so very easy to get into town.

I like everything.

Old school in the best way - spacious rooms, beautiful building, quiet and thoughtful touches. Just steps from the Humber River and a wonderful nature escape in the city.

A couple of upgrades would be great - like smart TVs (or at least an option to stream), desk lamps to work, etc.

The staff were pleasant. And having my meals in the restaurant was not only convenient but the food was good and staff pleasant and helpful.

Good location, comfortable room and super breakfast.

The price. Very expensive for a hotel that feels quite dated.
