I chose this hotel quickly because of location and pets stayed free. However, this property is in no condition to be either a Red Roof Inn. The flooring in my room was in disrepair. The shower curtain rod had been ripped from the wall and reattached but was now hanging by a screw on one end. The chair in the sitting area was ripped and taped. There were bugs in the room. I could go on, but Ithink you get the point. And I have pictures to support each of these

"Red roof-pass not time for me"

It was disappointing since the moment we open the door. There was a roach that ran across the floors soon as we open the door. The shower has a plastic wall to keep the wall from getting wet (very normal) however our shower had a whole where someone must have punched the plastic. It was never repaired. The shower floor was not cleaned and being that the hotel had a smoking 2nd floor and 1st floor non smoking it was hard to miss the smell of the smoke.

"Hallway smelled like cigarettes "

The room was very clean, but as soon as you leave the room everything smelled like cigarettes . The smoking and non smoking rooms were on the same floor, I asked if they have separate floors for non smoking and they said no.

It was convenient enough but starting at check in apparently I interrupted her personal call and blunt break, she didn't check my reservation thoroughly as I booked a superior king room and she put me in a standard double room. After driving all daý the last thing i wanted to do was go back and interrupt the rude one so I'll just find a different place to stay next time.
