"Very Good"

Property is located off the main road but within walking distance to local stores. Staff is friendly and helpful

2nd time staying here and each time we have gotten rooms that have outlets that are faulty. They are loose and don’t work properly. Charging ports next to beds do not work what so ever. Beds are ok but definitely felt some springs.

Bob who was working the front desk was so kind and friendly,very informative and positive. I would have to say it’s one of the best hotels I have had. The breakfast was very good food, lots of items to choose from and was hot. They also run breakfast till 9am which is an hour later than any other hotel. I would give them a 5 ***** rating, will be returning soon

The pool

The staff were completely horrible. When one of our rooms messed up with plumbing, they moved us to another room that was under construction when we asked to change out of that room they gave attitude, but reluctantly did move us to another room. We had to have the keys reprogrammed every day multiple times per day. The front desk stuff, barely understood English, and it was extremely difficult to have any type of conversation with them Earlier in the day when we were leaving out, we told him about the plumbing in our room. They noted smelled and said I take care of it when we came back that night. They still do not take care of it. The only problem was that needed to be plunged, but they informed us that they were unable to plunge the toilet so instead we removed two separate times. Had we had known there was be such a problem we would have just went to the dollar store and bought our own plunger. Breakfast bar was not fresh and had very little selection. We are loyal Comfort Suites customers. Never ever ever have I ever had such a problem and was so dissatisfied not only stay uncomfortable and poor, but the front desk staff did not seem to care at all.
