The handicap room was very spacious, it has almost everything that I need. The bathroom could use a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes after taking a shower. The breakfast has more food than I was expected.

The bathroom door was opening in an awkward direction, the fridge and microwave are too low near the ground, hard for a senior person to bend down and reach them.

Location was close to everything i needed

Bathrooms, walls and doors need to be cleaned and fixed professionally

The front desk staff were nice, lobby clean .

It just seemed very dated, the heater was old and very loud, probably intentionally? The phone that calls front desk didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work, the black-out blinds were either open to the street or you had to keep closed for privacy, and then the room was dark during the day, maybe a sheer curtain under it would have sufficed. For $200 a night, wont be going back! Right up there w/ the low budget motels.

I reserved for three so I was expecting a sofa in the room. Luckily one of my friends got sick and cancelled so when we got the room - it was not a problem because it only had 2 beds
