Wingate by Wyndham Chantilly / Dulles Airport

Huge issue with Wyndham Echo in Sterling, VA… canceling me 2 hrs before check in and offering no help with finding hotel last limit. Wyndham Customer Service offered no discount for this inconvenience… might avoid them in future.

Great location, nice hot breakfast. Room clean. Bed was great! Staff was very friendly.

Due to a delay I missed a connecting flight and had to stay near IAD overnight. I chose this property because it was close by (5 or so miles from the airport) and advertised that it had a "free airport shuttle." After booking at the airport, I called the hotel to request the shuttle. They put me on hold, and left me on hold for almost 25 minutes, after which I got fed up and walked out of the airport and got a cab -- which cost me almost $35. Then, upon arriving at the hotel, I asked about the shuttle for my morning flight and was informed the shuttle doesn't start running until 7AM -- a solid hour after I needed to be at the airport, requiring me to take yet another expensive cab ride to get to my flight from this hotel that "features" free airport transportation as an ammenity on its website (with no mention of limited hours). The front desk staff were essentially useless, apologizing but not making any effort to either offset the added expenses or help with arranging transport in the AM. They also failed to provide the information necessary to join the WiFi, making yet another trip down to the front desk necessary and adding to what was already a very frustrating experience and day. In terms of hospitality, they get a failing grade. The room was fine, pretty clean, kind of dingy, nothing special. Otherwise there is really nothing to recommend about the property.

Great hotel. Close to IAD airport. Free shuttle. Great breakfast buffet. Nice indoor heated pool and hot tub... great value for the money...

Mold and a completely filthy air conditioner system made me sneeze the how trip. So bad that I had to leave a day early! HORRIBLE

We were very disappointed at checkin. We had chosen their FlexPay option and it was paid through them with a virtual card. At checkin, the clerk changed my payment method and charged it to my debit card. As a result, this put us into a major financial bind. That is why we chose FlexPay. I didn't find this out until we had checked out (left a day early due to incoming snow storm) but did not ask for a refund of the unused night. When I called back on 1/27 to ask why money was taken from my account, the person on the phone discovered that the FlexPay was cancelled by the clerk without my consent. I was told it would be rectified and I would receive the money back in my bank in a few days. It has been over a week and still no money. Two emails to the business and no answer. I definitely would not recommend this location. I am very frustrated and not sure what to do from here. This is definitely not good customer service.

Clean, comfortable room and hot breakfast are great! Fitness room needs work. Hot tub cleaning was severely neglected.

Had a great time mr. Paul the manager is doing a fine job Taking care of its patrons as well as the building, plus all the amenities for his the customers. The day and the night staff are really doing their best to make sure that each rooms is cleaned and prepped ready for business every day. kind smiles with salutations. The location is in a good spot. The atmosphere as soon as you come into the hotel looks nice and cozy.Inviting. a really good value for your money. Price is very reasonable. The noise level of this hotel is great rooms are nice and quiet walls. Seem nice and thick. You get to enjoy the ambiance of your own room. To yourself.

The beds are always very comfortable. The fragrance in the lobby and stairs is overwhelming, gives me a headache.

I stayed here because of the Park-Sleep-Fly package. The airport shuttle ran on the hour (leaving the hotel) for both directions. I arrived at the IAD hotel picked up location around 6:10pm. The bus was gone already. I called the hotel and they said I had to wait until around 7:10pm for the next shuttle. I finally got on the shuttle around 7:20pm. The front desk staff was nice. Good room size. There was a bug in the bath room. It had a small gym and standard breakfast.
