El area esta acsecible y la piscina no tiene buen mantenimiento, la regadera no tiene mucha presión el agua cae muy poca.

Que las perosnas que estaban en las otras habitaciones estaban haciendo mucho escandalo y fumando en la madrugada y no les dijeron nada

Not enough food put out when there was obviously a tour group who ate all the food. The only thing I liked was the bed and I've stayed here many times.

A larger room as I had expected and paid for.

The room was decent. I thought I did order or reserved a two bed room but there was only one bed and a pullout couch. But we made it work.

I didnt like the breakfast options, it wasn't much to choose from and I understand that it was a continental breakfast with the sausage were undercooked and the eggs was just just. Also I would have liked to see more fruit like strawberries and blueberries would have added a nice touch.

The location was perfect to food and entertainment. Property was also clean.

The pillows were really small but other than that nothing really to not like

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were comfortable for the 5 of us.

The room got hot as hell and air conditioning didnt work the way it should it kicked on when it wanted to not when the room was hot. Would be sweating half the night than it would come on ude freeze and than sweat again 20 minutes later.

First night we encountered bedbugs. They moved us to a new room said they would reimburse for the first night still have not received money back. Some of the staff were pretty rude and most of them could not speak. Any English had construction going on the third floor and another guest had a dog next-door to us that would not stop barking. It was a pain to get into the pool as the door locked, kept malfunctioning even the lady at the front desk argue with me about it, went down and said oh it doesn’t work and use the key to unlock the door
