The surprise 50 dollar fee for a non-smoking room when I originally booked a smoking room. The tub in the bathroom looked horrible and the breakfast was limited to none.

Very clean. Perfect location.

The man at the desk was friendly.

Dirty rooms, no real breakfast. The OJ was almost all water. The muffins were old and stale and the only other choice was a granola bar. It was located in a bad area. There were people standing around at the balcony being loud till 2 am. I did not feel safe.

The location and the cleanness of the place. The place looked just like the pictures.

I had to ask for clean sheets. My sheets had stains on them and I needed cleaner sheets.

There was no breakfast, just a few tiny muffins and some coffee.

Close to SFA University we were visiting

Put in a room next to “storage room “ which was very loud at night with a squealing pump. Breakfast was awful, crusty hard oatmeal in instant bags, dried out blueberry muffins, coffee had grinds floating in it and that’s all we had to choose from. Found a big roach on side of bathtub munching on bar of soap. Loud construction guests talking and walking on stairs early in am and late at night, who also stomped their boots full of red dirt clay on sidewalk outside our door and we had to walk through it daily ( never swept). We had to depart early due to a family emergency and hotel declined to refund me for the 3 days left in my reservation.
