Convenience, price was good.

Started off not being able to enter my room, thought I was at the wrong door. But the electronic lock for my room did not work so I was not able to enter the room without assistance from staff. I was not offered an alternative room after finding the door did not work. I had my dog with me so when I needed to take her out to potty, I then needed to wait for the staff member to return to the desk to go with me and unlock my room door to let me in. The room was not fully clean, cobwebs in the corners. The TV was not plugged in and the dresser was broken. The room was missing its smoke detector, which is believe is illegal!

There is a lady working at the frontdesk. I asked her to call an uber or taxi. While speaking the glass in front of her makes it impossible for me to hear. I told her " you have to help me" i cant understand what you are saying. She began to clap her hand on the counter asking me to giver her my phone. Wow, i am a tour operator, i have never experience somebody as uneducated as her. Sorry. I will NEVER come back andI have a witness. She has long hair.
