Very nice customer service and clean amenities.

We thought there was continental breakfast when we booked online because it explained getting free breakfast but turns out you need to read the fine print and apparently only certain rates get breakfast at their restaurant.

Staff extremely professional. Perfectly clean & VERY comfortable beds. Location is perfect between Victoria & Butchart Gardens. Attached restaurant is a very good value. Great breakfasts.
