Nice however Wont be staying here again due to them charging $30 for an extra guest.....my wife and kids stayed in a 2 queen bedroom that sleeps 4 therefore for 4 people why would I be charged extra.

Perfect location, just 15 minutes from Swartz Bay and downtown Victoria, away from the crowds. The room was spacious, clean, and exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel. The bed was firm, pillow soft, and the sitting area was a nice touch. Friendly staff, easy check-in/out, and free parking make this place a winner. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Front desk reception was very welcoming and helpful and very kind Pool was pristine Room was very clean

"Near Butchard Gardens"

We picked this hotel as it was close to Butchard Gardens and we have stayed at some Holiday Inns in other places before . It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels. Friendly staff , clean room. It also has an outdoor pool.

"Please tell all front desk people to tell guess as they check in."

Beds

Our room was not serviced. When we came back to our room at 8:30 PM, the beds were not made nor did we have fresh towels. Annoying! We were not told when we checked in that we had to ask to have our room serviced. We thought it was part of the very expensive price we paid for the room. We were told that since the pandemic people did not like to have their room serviced every day. We feel that is an excuse to save wages. If that is the policy, the price of the room should be less because less is being offered.
