I was pleasantly surprised by almost every aspect of this hotel. From the spacious room and thoughtful extras like tea, coffee, and water in the lobby, to the prompt and friendly customer service, the experience exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel is a bit outdated and staff mentioned renovations are coming soon, it honestly didn’t take away from my stay. For an economy hotel, I was expecting far less, so I was genuinely impressed by what was offered.
