Location was good and the check in/check out process was easy.

There was a lot of water damage in the room- we couldn’t walk without shoes on one side because the carpet was soaked. It didn’t smell very good because of this. The bathroom needed some repairs- black/moldy caulking, and paint sagging/peeling on the walls from water damage.

Beds were super comfortable room was nice and clean

The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. The bathroom wall had too much paint flaking off the walls. We stayed there 5 nights they should have given us a better room. Not sure if I would stay here again. The workers there were nice and professional but our room should have been more professional

Checked in very late and left between 5 -6 am due to bed bugs. Gave the concierge at the front desk a bug we caught a he said he’d the manager know. $259 seems a little high to stay somewhere that has bugs.

Dishonest with charges

There was a mistake when booking with Expedia and I was charged for 2 rooms. The girl at desk realized the mistake, took the extra pair of keys and canceled for that room. The hotel had very few people that night. My refund was never applied back to my account and Rxpedia talked to manager next day and he refused to give refund on room that I no longer had key access to. I usually stay here when in town but never again.

Very professional staff, Ann front desk manager is very knowledgeable, professional, & polite. Rooms are always clean and welcoming. Very comfortable stay!!!
