Nach mehreren Versuchen einen Rezeptionsmitarbeiter zu erreichen, ist es mir zwei Wochen nicht gelungen mit einem Mitarbeiter verbunden zu werden. Die KI- gesteuerte Ansage verspricht jedes Mal, dass sich ein Mitarbeiter zurück melden wird. Dies ist nach vier Wochen immer noch nicht geschehen. Es ist leider seit einem Monat unmöglich meine vergessenen Laufschuhe wieder zu bekommen. Leider wurde es noch schlimmer; es wurden mir Artikel zugeschickt, die nicht mir gehörten. Service Wüste Achat Hotel Elbufer in Dresden.

"Ogólnie oprócz tych drobnych spraw wszystko w porządku"

Śniadania dość smaczne. Czysta łazienka, duży pokój. Byliśmy z dwoma psami. Hotel przygotował miski ,chociaż mieliśmy swoje ,legowiska i przekąski. Z takim dobrym traktowaniem czworonogów spotkałem się pierwszy raz.

w czasie weekendu było dużo ludzi i trzeba czekać na stolik. Brakowało czasami sztućców i małych łyżeczek. za mała jadalnia jak na tak duży hotel. Ciężko dostać się do kawiarki, według mnie zła lokalizacja urządzenia. Lokalizacja kawiarki i dostępność czystych sztućców i talerzy to należy poprawić. Długo czeka się na windę, dziwnie jeździ zawsze na górę, zamiast z 1 kondygnacji na 0 czyli na stołówkę, a później do góry. Jeździ odwrotnie. Trochę nieekonomicznie. Hotel powinien mieć darmowe miejsce do parkowania samochodu i nie pobierać za to opłaty.

The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, the room and bathroom clean and spacious.

The staff was a bit short with me, wouldn't hurt to be a bit more friendly. The shower took ages to get to the right temperature, and the pressure either too much or too little. The parking option was not clear to us.

Die wunderbare sächsische Gastfreundschaft ist in diesem Hotel sehr gut zu spüren!!!

Parkplätze sind zu wenige vorhanden. Die vorgeschlagenen Tischzeiten zum Frühstück sollten einer Kontrolle unterzogen ! Personal ist Super !!!
