Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet hat für den günstigen Preis meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Großzügige Hotelbar mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Stanbdart-Zimmer recht klein, Superior-Zimmer sehr groß. Die Möglichkeit bis zum Tag der Anreise kostenfrei zu stornieren ist sehr beruhigend. Verhältnismäßig günstige Parkplätze im Außenbereich. Die auf den Fotos gezeigte Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung gab es nicht. Hierauf verzichte ich gerne und zahle lieber weniger. Korrekterweise sollte es dann aber auf den Fotos nicht dargestellt werden. Trotz der Einschränkungen bin ich zufrieden mit dem Konzept und werde erneut buchen, wenn ich wieder eine Übernachtung in meiner Heimatstadt Mettmann benötige.

Mir fehlte eine Klimaanlage. Ich musste mit offenem Fenster schlafen und den Straßenlärm inclusive Alarm der Polizeiautos von der Station in der Nähe ertragen. Einen kleinen Kühlschrank gab es nur im Superior-Zimmer. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang ist in einem Superior-Zimmer nicht angemessen. Tiefgarage hat 10€ pro Tag gekostet (7€ waren angekündigt).

Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber das Personal ist super freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Parkplatzkosten 3,00 € völlig ok, Abendbuffet sehr angenehm. Schreibtisch sehr groß und WLAN sehr gut.

Der Duschvorhang ist nicht die beste Lösung, aber das ist auch der einzige Punkt.
