Close to my big sister house

When I got to the room let out the sofa bed it had blood Stan’s on there do have pictures So they move me to another room it was late so I was not able to check on everything The next morning found out I was sleeping in a big blood Stan in the sheets reported it So I bought my on sheets cause they was not change on my way out the building to have a good day with my sister for her birthday notice a bug on the well reported it nothing was done got back that night my wife entered the notice that I room door was open I reported it to the clerk at the front desk. She told me she have to get with the manager so they can run the tape back and at the key card and see who entered the room. Nothing was done so I asked for the manager. I was told that the manager was off for the weekend and there was nothing she could do so I could get up get ready to enter the shower. There was a cockroach on the floor so I killed it, took it to the front desk and show the clerk we talked about it. He said he tried to email the manager several times and had no response from the manager on my day of leaving the property. I asked the clerk at the front desk. Where was the manager but he’s off until Monday so I asked her if there’s no one in charge they can help me out with the problems that I’ve been having kids knocking on my door and she told me no there’s nothing she can do. He would not be in till Monday I would not return to Marriott. I have that Marriott off off and on when I visit Roanoke, Virginia. would like a full refund

Very clean except for the coffee maker. Comfortable beds.

Noisy room… you can hear people talking in the hallway & in the parking lot… we were on the 3 rd floor. Concierge at desk didn’t tell us about the $20 incidental policy or what time to checkout…. Not too friendly.

I loved the location and the couch in our room. Room was good size for us. . Staff was excellent!

The shower wall had some dirty grout. Pillows were lumpy and small.

Always stay at this Marriott. It's my "go to" hotel on Roanoke, VA.

Bathroom needs to be updated.

Overall nice 3 night stay
