Courtyard by Marriott Roanoke Airport

Excellent staff, always smiling and helpful.

Location near the airport. Clean, comfortable beds.

Staff was good

Room smelled like a wet pet had been in it. Not sure whether the smell was from the carpet needing to be replaced. There were also spider webs and an insect nest was in the windowsill. Not the standard and quality I would expect from a Mariott

Easy access to get to the hotel.

The neighbors in the adjoining room where noisy for like 1:00 in the morning and I had to call the front desk and they sent security of quiet them down Plus the room and I paid for said King room with sofa bed and was a lot bigger well I didn't get that I only got a king bed the smaller room which was disappointing to me.

Got in late and was thrilled the restaurant was still open! Delicious grain bowl salad
