Das renovierte Zimmer im allgemeinen, das Bad im besonderen,das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, die Lage für Erkundungen der Umgebung

Renovierte Zimmer: Moderne Möbel sind das eine, leider haben die Sitzmöbel wenig Funktionalität gerade für ältere Gäste. Ich wünschte mir die alten Stühle zurück. Beim Frühstück fehlte jegliche Abwechslung und zuweilen auch die Liebe zur Präsentation/Garnierung. Auf einen Mängelhinweis wurde drei Tage lang nicht reagiert (keine Abstellung, kein Sachstand)

"Dienstreise"

Die Lage war sehr schön. Da das Hotel im Moment umgebaut wird, muss man einiges akzeptieren, z.B dass es zum Abendessen nur ein kleines Buffet gab. Aber es war für jeden was dabei, Salat, Suppe, Fleisch, Fisch und vegetarisches Essen einschließlich 2 Sorten Dessert. Und es war geschmacklich und qualitativ hervorragend. Frühstück ausreichend. Schönes kleines Hallenbad.

Gefallen hat uns gar nicht, dass kein Safe und kein Kühlschrank ( besonders bei der aktuellen Hitze) vorhanden war. Im Bad waren leider nur 2 Handtuchhalter vorhanden, nicht ausreichend für sämtliche Handtücher und Bademäntel. Was sehr unangenehm war, war das Schaumstoffkissen.

"Gegenwärtig unter Renovation"

Der Mitarbeiter bei unserer Ankunft am Nachmittag um ca. 16:30 Uhr begrüßte uns freundlich an der Rezeption. Hinsichtlich der Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich der fehlenden Informationen zur Renovierung des Pools ,reagierte er professional und zuvorkommend indem er uns die Rate um den Frühstücksanteil reduzierte und sich entschuldigte.

Wir hatten das Hotel hinsichtlich des Pools ausgewählt und erfuhren bei Check in, dass dieser gerade geschlossen und umgebaut wird. Ebenso werden Zimmer und das Restaurant gegenwärtig renoviert. Für diese durchaus notwendigen Arbeiten gibt es bekanntlich keinen perfekten Zeitpunkt. Nur hätten wir uns gewünscht, hiervon bei der Buchung zu erfahren. Weder auf der Website noch beim OTA wurde man darauf hingewiesen. Des Weiteren waren wir bei den beiden Service Mitarbeiterinnen am Sontag, den 21.06.2026, um ca. 19 Uhr im improvisierten Restaurant nicht willkommen. Wir wurden weder begrüßt noch mit einem Blick gewürdigt. Auf meine vorsichtige Nachfrage ob wir uns setzen dürften, wurden wir deutlich verbal unterrichtet, man würde uns platzieren. An Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Wir wurden stehen gelassen und entschieden uns außerhalb unser Abendessen einzunehmen.

Le bruit dans la nuit sur le toit et pas de chance, les travaux en cours qui ne permettez pas d'apprécier le restaurant.
