Room was clean and nice. Needed an uplift but bed was comfortable. Staff responded immediately to a couple small needs.

First impression pulling into the parking lot almost made us turn and run. Windows filthy, curtains appeared stained. Questionable people loitering in parking lot. Not a welcoming site. Bathroom door had been obviously punched in which gave an unsafe feeling.

It was a roof over my head.

From the moment I entered the front desk there was a distinctive, offensive odor. The odor affected both my breathing and my sleep. It permeated the entire facility.
