Property Notes

Please note the spa and the indoor swimming pool and fitness room are accessible from 9 a.m to 7.15pm (except sunday until 6.15pm) except for children. Children under 12 years old are only accepted in the spa from 5.30 pm until 7.15 pm and Sunday afternoon from 2 pm until 6.15 pm. Children are not permitted in the hammam. Access to the spa facilities is free of charge from your arrival in the room until departure 12h00. Any treatments must be booked before arrival. Massages are provided with reservation only. To use the swimming pool guests are required to wear plastic tap shoes and an appropriate swimwear. No beach shorts are permitted. Our heated outdoor swimming pool is accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please note that massages are available with extra cost after : Massages are provided with reservation only.Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Nov 1, 2026 until Sat, Apr 3, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

Les soins thalasso sont trop calculé, trop standardisé, ça fait un peu trop usine, à la chaîne et il y a de moins en moins d'humains. Trop de soins avec des machines.

Le personnel pas toujours aimable, notamment au spa, impression de déranger... Quand on demande quelque chose. Manque de sourire et pas très chaleureux selon moi.
