Very clean room, comfy bed and a nice size. Was happy with the breakfast quality and value for money of the breakfast service and the variety of food. Ideal location next to the canal, and the arena which we were visiting for.

Location was great Size of the room was excellent and clean

The food at the restaurant was expensive and not great... Nothing for children The buffet breakfast however was very good and staff were extremely attentive

we only ever stay at this hotel when visiting Birmingham. The location is excellent plus parking .The only thing I think they could do better is the check in its always got long Queues apart from that you would not be disappointed Sleeping on the beds is amazing and the cleanliness is next to none we stayed on 2nd floor room 223 so a big shout out to the person who cleans that room sometimes the staff behind scenes get forgotten but without them you don't get reviews like this . So we'll done to all
