Comfortable and clean

Very well appointed lobby. Staff great. Room lovely.

Bar near restaurant did not have quite a few items. I don't drink, and if the 4 mocktails on the menu only one could be made. My colleague ordered a Cocktail and one of the ingredients in that was not available so disappointed. We both felt the pillows were like bricks, really bad.

We had excellent service, particularly from Richard(Duty). He was both informative and kind, helping my disabled mother at breakfast and with travel suggestions.

I had requested a room not far from the lift, as my mother struggles with walking but our room was a little way from the lift.

It was a lovely hotel and in a really good location. The staff were helpful and polite.

The mini fridge in the room didn’t work. The bathroom would flood after a shower. Room service was very expensive so easier to go to a takeout. The covers were dirty when we arrived (two stains) The lift would often not work or be slow which isn’t ideal when you are on the 11th floor.
