Quality Inn & Suites Arnold - St Louis

It wasn’t very clean. The hallway stunk horribly, the furniture was beat up in the room, and also wasn’t very clean. There were dead bugs in the bathroom and dirt pushed into corners. We were shocked bc it’s in a nice area of town. Breakfast was also horrible- the eggs were hard and biscuits very dry. We just wanted a night away from the kids.

This is an older hotel but clean and staff is friendly. Only suggestion is to have someone wipe down tables during the breakfast time so it would be more accommodating to the guests

This is the only hotel I've been to that required a deposit ($100) instead of just a card on file. They also said I need to check out with them on the morning so they can "inspect" my room to get my deposit back.

Very convenient off of the interstate. Room was typical for the price. The area traffic was very congested. TV was almost impossible to operate. After consulting the front desk the person came down to help. However the channel list she had was out of date for a previous provider. She said that she would have to get new ones printed.

The hotel was in poor condition in my opinion and needed a remodel. The picture advertising it was deceiving. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The pillow cases had stains as did the towels .. should have asked for money back and left.

I love the fact that they give a big tub for people to relax in and it’s an amazing experience to not have to drive so far for food

The breakfast was exceptional! More then expected, fresh and hot.

Pool was drained. No breakfast left ,no cups for juice. Gap around door to room.

Quality Inn had an antique feel to it, but yet was really clean and had a very homey feel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!
