Nice room

Food very medium. Seaside impossible to swim

Personal is smiling and very helpful. Cleaning is perfect.

Everything was good except some minors adjustment have to bedone like when you are not in all inclusive even for water you have to pay, i think this policy can be adjusted by the management.

The staff are amazing - very friendly and they just do the best they can at all times for the guests. Location is 1 hour from the airport but this is fine for any city in the world so we cant complain about this. Food is excellent, just breakfast could be a little better if you have to be picky but it would not stop me from going there again. Service is great

The only thing that they need to do is put waste/trash bins around the resort. These you dont find anywhere and if i have a piece of fruit for example I want to throw the peel away and not leave it where I am sitting. The same goes for putting waste bins in the common area toilets. The resort is new so there are a few small issues like this - but honestly the resort, white sand and lovely weather makes up for it and worth the stay. Lastly there are to many cats around the restaurant. This has to be addressed I think and I am not saying to kill them but at least have them removed and ensure that the property is cat free - this once they start breeding will only get worse.

Lovely resort with spacious rooms, big pool and access to the beach.
